Approximately two thirds of residences show long-term occupancy, and a variety of two and three bedroom homes are common. About ten grocery stores and local services are reachable with brief drives from most neighborhoods. Rolling hills and scenic roads give many properties pleasant outlooks and a sense of privacy and calm.
